Shipping Return and refund
Currently, Daebak Company ships to the countries listed on the Shipping page. Please contact them at [email protected] if your country is not mentioned.
Processing: Allow one business day (excluding weekends and holidays) for the system to complete your purchase after you put it.
After your order is finalized, the partners will get the list and transfer the items to the warehouse. This process might take up to fifteen business days.
Shipping: Once your items are complete, they will ship them through international courier, DHL, or K-packet. Delivery might take up to fifteen days, depending on the shipping method and your location.
Notification: Following shipment, you will get an email or text message with a tracking number (multiple tracking numbers if your order is shipped in multiple packages). Please contact the customer service staff at [email protected] if you have not received your item four weeks after getting your tracking information.
You will be liable for the shipping price on any returns. Only if items are missing, damaged, or wrong will they be responsible for the shipping costs. You have fourteen days from the date of delivery to seek a return. Requests received after fourteen days will be revoked.
Daebak has requested a refund. Points: There is no processing cost. Refunds to original payment methods cost $5.99 per order. They do not charge for circumstances such as out-of-stock, minor damage, and faulty items. Within five business days, refunds will be handled.
