Shipping And Refund Policies
Free shipping is currently available to all contiguous United States, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and USVI. All shipping outside the US applies to shipping charges.

Alteya Organic does not serve refunds due to the nature of the products. Instead, you can receive store credits. You have to return the product within 14 days from the date of purchase if you are unsatisfied. They apply a 3% restocking fee when you return the item.
