The filtering technology in the T-5000 respirators has been shown to perform 100 times better than other disposable respirator filters at preventing live viruses from reaching the wearer's breathing zone.
Available in two designs - with (T-5000V) or without (T-5000) an exhalation valve - the respirators also provide protection against mists, splashes, and sprays of oil, blood and bodily fluids.
Adjustable straps and nose piece deliver a comfortable and secure fit. A full face foam seal also allows wearers of various face shapes and sizes to achieve a tighter fit and reduced potential air leakage.

Many N95 Respirators May Not Provide Adequate Protection
Viruses are much smaller than salt particles or bacteria, ranging from 0.02 - 0.30 microns, so they may penetrate ordinary N95 respirators at a slgnificantly higher rate.² Some pathogens have an infectious dose as low as one organism and can be carried on respiratory particles.³ When you consider that many N95 respirators permit signifacant inward leakage of contaminated air around the face seal, relying on the wrong respiratory protection could be a fatal oversight.

Triosyn resin compound creates increased microbial attraction by chemical, electrostatic, and physical means:
- The multi-layer filter has specialized fibers that crate more surface areas to capture more microorganisms.
- The active component in Triosyn® resin is attracted to passing microorganisms. This additional source of electrochemical charge enables the respirator to maintain its high efficiency longer.
- The Triosyn filtration media oxidizes the proteins on the surface of the microorganisms, rendering the microorganisms harmless and unable to re-enter the airstream.
