A person placing an order warrants that he or she is an adult of legal age and that the products will be used only in a lawful manner, and / or is under no legal disabilities which would prohibit such person from ordering, owning, possessing or transferring these items under all applicable federal, state and local laws. Having no control over the use of any product once in the buyer's possession, SAVER, Inc. assumes no liability associated with their use. SAVER, Inc. makes no claims as to the effectiveness of any of the gas masks, respirators, or any other protective equipment it sells that cannot be supported and documented by its manufacturer.
